The Tale
A long time ago, in a galaxy not so far away…
In a mysterious and seemingly endless hallway, there stood 100 light bulbs, all waiting in silent darkness. One day, a curious wanderer entered the hallway with a playful plan in mind. The wanderer decided to walk through the hallway exactly 100 times, toggling the state of certain light bulbs along the way, to see what kind of pattern would emerge.
As the wanderer embarked on the first journey down the hallway, he toggled every single light bulb, turning them all from off to on. The bulbs glowed brightly as the wanderer walked past.
On the second journey, the wanderer decided to switch things up. This time, he toggled every second bulb, starting with the second one, then the fourth, sixth, eighth, and so on. As the wanderer proceeded, every other bulb changed state from on to off, creating a new pattern of light and shadow.
For the third pass, the wanderer toggled every third bulb: the 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th, and so on. The hallway began to…
